African Tribes: There are over 500 tribes in Africa, some happen to be identified and the rest of the 'lost' tribes are not yet been discovered.

The tribes of Africa are as varied because the lands they have roamed for millennia. Although the culture on the continent has changed – especially over the last 200 years – tribal influence remains part of Africa. Though the separation between tribes has lessened recently, a person’s tribal affiliation remains a strong source of pride.

There are many more tribes far away in Africa and they reside in isolation or have blended into present day culture.
